KC google Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy, I have read that you can improve your symptoms with a diet, but the only way to truly rid systemic Candida was H2O2. Mix Noni Juice and Aloe Vera together, thinned with distilled water and add your H2O2 drops to 8 oz. juice mixture. Be sure and stay on day one level for 1 week prior to advancing to eliminate Candida. Drink plenty of filtered water and use activated charcoal for die off symptoms. Good Luck

This situation is really horrible. There is just so much contradictory advice being spouted and so many with their hands out. Diet, don’t diet, take three lac, three lac doesn’t work, buy MY book, take vinegar don’t touch vinegar, eat vitamin A as in sweet potatoes, don’t eat carbs. It is a labyrinth of disaster a virtual mine field. Caveat Emptor!

All, I have also read that SEVERE “die-off” could be a sign of to many heavy metals in your system and would reccommend you address that before continuing your candida treatment. Another option for the colonics is an H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) colonic. This will directly attack any candida in your large intestines. Whatever you decide, I would reccommend Sage tea and melatonin at night to assist with any sleep irregularities; Senna tea with Fennel (let cool before your drink), Fiber of your choosing and probiotics to assist with bowel movements. I agree that it would be a good idea to start the bowel cleansing process 5 days prior to any treatment for fungi, parasites or heavy metals. LOTS OF CLEAN WATER.
